The franchise is independently owned and operated by Tim Pearce, Director of Timbuilt Pty Ltd t/a G J Gardner Homes Emerald. Tim is a trade qualified carpenter and registered builder (lic no 1204906), who has worked in Brisbane, Toowoomba and the UK before settling in Emerald5 years ago. The drive to further develop his skill set led Tim to joining the GJ Gardner Homes team.
