Better Homes is a major building company in Port Macquarie. We have vast experience in all types of residential construction from first home buyers, people wishing to build again, villa developments large and small, project management of developments. We have a large portfolio of house designs to choose from or we can work with our clients and designers to create something special. We also welcome clients with their own home design. Our longevity has seen Better Homes establish relationsips with major suppliers to the building industry enabling our business to always be on the cutting edge of construction wheter it be new materials or new processes. We embrace sustainable developments and welcome the desire of potential clients in seeking a more efficient dwelling. Over the last ten years we have been involved building retirement villages in the region, Broadwater Gardens, Lincoln Gardens, Sienna Grange, Bellevue Gardens and Newling Gardens are projects we have either constructed in entirety or in parts. 2012 saw Better Homes awarded the contract to construct the residences at "Ocean Club Resort" south of Port Macquarie. This village when complete will have over 250 modern designed dwellings utilising lightweight construction techniques. We are proud of our business and always endeavour to out perform for our clients.
