Titan Building Systems

Titan is headed by George Milatos a resident of Darwin, Northern Territory since 1964 and in business as a Builder and developer since 1970.

Recently he set up a factory at 9 Verrinder Rd, Berrimah, where we roll form standard 1.2mm and 1.6mm stud and plate in 75mm and 100mm, corrugated zincalume sheet, as well as the Titan Building System.

The Titan Building System is possibly the simplest form of construction. It can be purchased as a flat pack for the do it yourself builder and very easy to put together.

We roll form 550g material 1.2mm thick, that is 3 times thicker than the regular roof and wall cladding of 0.42mm, into an interlocking panel which is 450mm wide x 100mm deep, open back, to allow electrical and plumbing to be installed. Once you screw fix the panels together they become a structural floor, wall, or roof frame and your external cladding or ceiling.
