Wisdom Properties Group Pty Limited commenced operations in November 1999 primarily involved in Home and Land Packages, building speculative homes in quality estates to be sold on completion. As well as being a licensed home builder, Wisdom Properties Group Pty Ltd is also a licensed real estate firm that undertakes the sales and marketing of its own developments.

Now trading as 'Wisdom Homes' and with personnel containing a wealth of experience in all facets housing, the decision was made in mid 2005 to expand operations to include contract housing and house and land packaging. To this effect a display home program was established and the first display home opened in July 2006.

Our Company's aim is to offer a quality homes at competitive prices that exceed client expectations. With this in mind we have established ourselves as a new force in the industry and deliver innovative and attractive housing for an affordable price.
